OK folks, this is 1 oz of mozzarella cheese. Ouch. Those delicious caprese salads we love to eat all summer? I am thinking the last one I had out probably had at least 6 oz of cheese in it. Fresh mozzarella is rather low in calories at about 52/oz, but dairy should not be my main protein source as much as I wish it were so.
